What age do I have to be to play on this site?

Who am I contracting with?

Do I have to download anything?

Why isn’t my game loading?

What happens if I lose my Internet connection during a game?
All game winners and winning tickets are recorded – regardless of if a player is in the room or connected to the Internet. Players’ accounts will be credited with winnings immediately after the completion of the game.
Why does the game pop-up not open?
You may have difficulty launching our pop ups if your browser is running a pop up blocker. Try turning off the pop up blocker off or use a customise setting which will always all pop-ups on BingoClubhouse.com when prompted.
How do I play table games, slots & scratch cards?
Select our instant Games Menu from the lobby or inside the games room. You can locate the Instant Games Menu at the top right of the screen. We have a wide variety of games available for instant play such as Multiline slot machines, scratch cards, table games (roulette, blackjack) and other instant win games. If you want to see what other games we offer select the Show All button to see the full list of games and sort these by clicking the relevant tab to see the selection of games available.
How do slot games work? What are multiline slots?
Select the amount you would like to bet on each line and the number of lines you would like to bet on. To start the game Click Spin or Bet to set the reels spinning. All win lines are to be read from left to right and you will only win on these lines if the matching symbols are on consecutive reels with the first being on the reel on the far left (unless specified in the pay table).
Multiline Slots allow betting on multiple lines. Therefore, different paths across the reels can result in a win. Win lines are shown when selecting the number of lines you wish to play.

How do I buy tickets in Bingo?
To purchase tickets for a Bingo Room, enter the room and click the ticket once to select it, after this click the ‘buy selected’ button located above the selected tickets to purchase them.
Another option is to use the ‘quick – buy’ feature by selecting from set options as to number of strips or tickets within the ‘quick-buy’ box and then by selecting the ‘buy selected’ button to purchase.
How do I auto buy for multiple games?
In the top right of your screen next to your profile picture you will see the Auto Buy button. Enter the number of tickets and number of games you wish to purchase for each game in order to enable Auto Buy. Please note that Auto Buy will be cancelled if you leave the game room.
How much do the games cost to play?
At Bingo Clubhouse our tickets prices vary from 1p to £1 each. The ticket price for each game is indicated in the top right corner of the screen.
How do I know if I have won?
All cash wins are automatically deposited into your playing account.
How do I turn the sound off?
Simply click the speaker symbol inside the game room, located next to the options button.
How do I turn chat off?
To turn off the chat box, click the circular X in the top right corner of the box.
Can I play in more than one game at the same time?
Of course! The simplest way to do this is by selecting the Change Rooms button to the left of your profile picture once inside the game room. This will then indicate a list of all the available games along with the prices of tickets for the imminent games in those rooms. To purchase tickets for these rooms click ‘Buy Tickets’ next to the room in which you would like to purchase tickets. Enter the amount of strips or tickets you would like to purchase and click the buy button. You can also buy in other rooms by clicking the GO button next to the room and entering that room to purchase for the next game.

How do I add someone to my Buddy list?
On the right hand side of your chat box you will be able to see your chat list, you then need to click on their username and hit the Add as Friend button to send them a friend request. Once your friend request has been accepted they will then appear in your Buddy List. From then on you will be able to see when they are online notifications and as to which room they are chatting within. To alter these settings select the options button inside the game room.
How do I invite someone to join me in the chatroom?
To invite someone to a chat room you must have added them as friend, after this they will then feature in your Buddy List. To view your buddy list click on Buddy List in the bottom right hand side of the chat box. Once you have selected which friend you would like to invite click ‘Invite to this Room’, this will then send them and invitation to join in and chat with you.

What are Loyalty Points? How can I win them and how can I redeem them?
Here at Bingo Clubhouse we like to reward you for playing with us, we know you have a choice. Loyalty points are awarded in numerous different ways, they can buy given as prizes on special promotions and games and are also available for chat game wins. They can be redeemed for bonus funds, which can be used to purchase bingo tickets/cards. 1000 loyalty points can be redeemed for £1 bonus cash. Please be aware that bonus funds are not eligible to be withdrawn, and the minimum amount of redeemable loyalty points is 1000. To redeem your Loyalty Points select the link on the left hand menu of your account to redeem points to your balance.
How do I refer a friend?
We want to encourage your friends to play along with you so if you want to refer a friend, then on your left hand menu in your account area, select the Refer a Friend tab. You will then need their name & email address handy. If you like a personal touch we allow a space to enter a personalised message for them to read from you. Once you have entered all the information needed click the Refer button. We will then do all the work for you and send them and email, if you friend decides to register, makes a deposit and wagers at least £5 with us then you will receive 5000 LPS from us.
Why haven’t I received my Refer a Friend bonus?
To ensure you receive your Refer a Friend bonus, your friend will have to have clicked the link posted in the refer a friend email and signed up with us using the same email address that you referred us with, they will have also needed to have made a deposit & wagered at least £5 with Bingo Clubhouse.
How do I determine which of my profile information is viewable by other members?
To change your profile information select the My Preferences link in your account, then locate the ‘profile can be viewed by anyone’ option. If you want to keep your personal information discreet then click No, this prevents your profile information to be seen by those who aren’t in your Buddy List. By selecting yes, this makes your profile information available to everyone.

How long will it take for my withdrawal to be processed?
